Living in the UK it is more than understandable that the Coupe dominates over the Convertible given the unpredictable weather that is forced upon us. However, over the last few years there has been many improvements regarding the quality of soft top cars in that they are now much more suitable and fit in with the design of the vehicle; as opposed to being a bold and black cover (like in years gone by). One unit that has withstood the ups and downs of the convertible sector is the MX-5 by Mazda, which really is the ultimate Convertible. This is a car that has brought the enjoyment back to driving and the new version comes with a much improved style when compared to the older used Mazda MX-5. The car has won numerous awards thank to its witty structure and driving performance; whilst at the same time, being stylish and innovative. The Mazda MX-5 is a small but compact sports car that is also quite light to the materials used. It us nippy and quick but is also very useful in the handling department. The original used Mazda MX-5 came into being during the year 1989 but since then there has been many marked improvements (as noted above). A true description of a Convertible, the MX-5 is a thrilling machine that will provide many years of pleasurable driving. So even if the UK does not provide us with the ideal weather for a car like the MX-5; owning one can still be considered worthwhile.
